Attention Student Athletes

If you have not done so already, please upload/submit your physical paperwork to Big Teams.  No paper copies of physicals will be accepted.  All physical paperwork is completed online through big teams.  Instructions and links to Big Teams can be accessed through the Lebanon School District website and clicking on “Athletics” and once there, click on “Sports Physical Information”.  If you have any questions, please feel free to send me, Mr Varney, a message via schoology.  Additionally, if you have an obligation that you owe for a missed physical appointment on June 5, 2023, this will need to be paid prior to being cleared for sports.  This can be paid in the Athletic Office at Lebanon High School, Monday-Thursday 8 AM- 3:30 PM beginning July 5, 2023.  All physicals and obligations must be received by 3PM on August 11, 2023, (3 PM August 4, 2023 HS Football) to be cleared for practices beginning on August 14, 2023.  Physicals and obligations received after this date and time will need to wait 24 hrs prior to receiving clearance to participate in official practices.
